How To Gain Weight with Home made food
Diet for Weight Gain
Morning Breakfast – Eat bread,butter,Chapati,Oats etc.If you are eating Chapati then have first 2 chapati or extra if you can eat.
After 2 hours you can have juice, fruits any thing light but healty.
Lunch – 1pm for example you are eating then have whatever you can eg Rice,dal,roti,sabzi if good quantity.
3pm – have a milkshake(add any fruit to it such as banana milkshake)and dates to eat.
5pm – Have a light breakfast such as oats,chilka or even you can have your food portion to it.
7pm- Try to eat fruit or boiled beans,sprouts,chickpea boiled anything like this you can have and it is also good for your body also.
Dinner – 9 pm – Have good quantity of food take a bowl of rice,dal, add roti also to it one or two minimum.
11pm – have a glass of milk, eat dates ,potato or corn sometime.
Even you can add dry fruit to eat also.
First follow this simple diet and after wards you can increase your appetite and have more quantity to it.Dont forget to eat as much as roti,curd,fruits and boiled beans,potato boiled.
