How To Control Your Anger

There are 5 tips that I will share here and they will help you to control your anger.

  1. Analysation and Realisation
  2. Meditation
  3. Yoga and Exercise
  4. Communication
  5. Don’t be sad with anyone for a long time

1. Analysation

Analysation is important because here I will share an example to understand better. For exams also prepare by giving tests, analyzing those mistakes, and trying to improve those mistakes before sitting for the exam.
Also, we have to analyse our behaviour of becoming angry on which topics, why we get angry figure out those things first.
Analyse and observe the problem from the start. If we recognise our problems it will help us only. Try to figure out where and at which point makes us angry because analyzing those mistakes, and problems is more important. Observe your nature daily and keep track of you which topics trigger you or make you angry because you are the one who can help you only and no one other.

Realisation

Realisation is very important as we make mistakes in life but we don’t say sorry to other people and try to move on. Mistakes are made so that we should realise if we are wrong and say sorry immediately after we realise that we are wrong.
People tend to say sorry just for the sake of being sorry this behaviour should be changed because if we are sorry genuinely then it comes from the heart. I have seen people making so many mistakes back to back and repeating that same mistake. Mistakes are meant to be made again but it doesn’t mean that you should make mistakes repeatably learning from those mistakes will help you in life so always remember this “Do not repeat those mistakes”.

2. Meditation

Meditation is also important because it will help us to calm down our behaviour. Try to do the meditation of breathing it will help to calm down and your body will also relax. Breathing exercises will help us to think where we went wrong and even it will help us to improve our positive energy. Close your eyes for 5 to 10 minutes so that it will help to boost your confidence level, and increase your focus level. While closing our eyes we don’t have to think about any negativity or positive thoughts in our minds just close our eyes and don’t think anything. Meditation will help to increase focus level, boost our energy and we will be confident also

3. Yoga

If we know some of the easy asan then we can do it. We can keep here a choice if someone can do meditation and can control their anger then it is well and good. There are easy asan also which we can try to do as someone has said that Practise makes perfect.

Exercise

We can do push-ups, crunches, and sit-ups which will help us to build our muscles also and it also helps to calm our brain. Our body relaxes. Exercise will help us to shape our body also by doing basic exercise daily will keep you always fit.

4. Communication

Try to express your thoughts in a better way so that the other person will listen to you quietly. If one person is shouting try to keep calm and explain the mistakes, problem, or situation differently. Misunderstandings can happen but how to take those misunderstandings to another level is up to you. I would like to give an example of that in the family if some sibling is shouting at you unnecessarily without listening to your mistakes also. If you have not made any mistake or anything which led him to be angry I will try to say that let him shout at you and once his behaviour is calmed down try to explain the whole situation properly because whether your fault is there or not try to tell him that who was wrong in this situation if you will speak calmly he will also understand you and from this the communication skills will become more strong.

We get angry in our day-to-day life due to stress, tension, and office work thing can make us angry. For example, in the family, if parents say anything to us we suddenly react to it and give back an answer to them. Friends can also take advantage of your behaviour sometimes they think they are prank on you by saying anything bad which will affect you and you will react to the situation. We have to deal with this situation also because no one has the right to make you angry but it is also important that you have control over your thoughts and mind. Just keep your mind positive I know staying positive every time is not that easy but there are methods which I have stated above which will help to overcome your mood change also.
Parents shout to us so keep quiet and don’t give back answers because, in the end, they are the most special person in our life. Think before you say any rubbish.

As I already said practising those tips daily will change your life differently. It will help to control anger, your emotions, and your thinking ability. Practice makes perfect we know just that we don’t implement it in our lives.
This world is full of different people so we don’t want to react to every situation because in this world there are people who make fun of us, try to cheat us, try to put us on bad terms etc.

5. Don’t be sad with anyone for a long time

I would like to say over here that don’t hold any grudges for a long time because we don’t know whether that person is alive or not or he can be anywhere may or may not be in touch with us. If we don’t speak at the right time then it will only hamper our brain, and we will only be in a mental state. So don’t regret that I could not solve the issue just because I was angry. I would like to say that within a short span of hours try to communicate because in the end we never want that we should suffer or feel that guilt our whole life.
